Introduction to Services
I help my clients strengthen their methodology in executing their plans and, if needed, lead the realisation of them.
I work with companies of 100 to 10,000 employees and mainly at management level. I help these companies in three main areas: Programme/project management, procurement advisory and IT advisory. The main focus is to deliver services that will raise the current level of deliverables and challenge the ‘way of thinking’ to decrease prices, achieve higher quality, more efficient processes and greater transparency.

strategy
• Facilitating management decisions
• Setting up governance structure
